ASUS GTX1080 Ti Strix OC SLI OverKILL3D Review

ASUS GTX 1080 Ti Strix OC SLI Review

Introduction

As you’ll know from our review of the ASUS GTX 1080 Ti Strix OC we found it to be everything you could wish for from a graphics card. It combined the blazing performance of the nVidia GTX 1080 Ti with all the quality of life improvements that you would expect from a product marketed under the ASUS Republic of Gamers brand.

Fantastic cooling, very quiet whether under load or idle, lots of nice customisation features and, of course, that beefy factory overclock that led to some eye-opening results in all of our testing.

As we hinted at during that review, ASUS kindly lent us two Strix OCs so that we could see how the new GTX 1080 Ti performed when paired up in SLI. You’re excited, we’re excited, let’s get down to business.

Up Close

If one card looks good, two cards always look incredible, and that is particularly the case with the ASUS Strix OC. A little bit of careful part selection and colour customisation and you end up with something guaranteed to leave any passers by slack-jawed in wonderment.
