Assassin’s Creed Shadows PC system requirements revealed

Is your PC ready for Assassin’s Creed Shadows?

Over on the Epic Games Store, PC system requirements for Ubisoft’s Assassin’s Creed Shadows have been listed. These early PC system requirements are not the same as last year’s Assassin’s Creed Mirage, suggesting that these hardware requirements are unique to Shadows. That said, Ubisoft can easily change these system requirements ahead of launch as the game is optimised and refined.

Storage-wise, Assassin’s Creed Shadows appears to be a large title with a whooping 100GB storage requirement. The minimum requirements for the game appear to be similar to Assassin’s Creed Mirage, but its recommended hardware requirements are notably higher.

Assassin’s Creed Shadows’ recommended GPUs are Nvidia’s RTX 2070 and AMD’s Radeon RX 5700 XT. These requirements are a notable step up from Assassin’s Creed Mirage, which recommended an Nvidia GTX 1660 Ti and AMD’s Radeon RX 5600 XT.

Minimum

  • Windows 10
  • CPU: Intel i7-4790 or AMD Ryzen 5 1600
  • Memory: 8GB
  • Storage: 100GB
  • Graphics: Nvidia GTX 1060 6GB or AMD RX 570 4GB
  • API: DirectX 12

Recommended

  • Windows 10
  • Memory: 16GB
  • CPU: Intel i7-8700K or AMD Ryzen 5 3600
  • Storage: 100GB
  • Graphics: Nvidia RTX 2070 8GB or AMD RX 5700 XT 8GB
  • API: DirectX 12

Assassin’s Creed Shadows is launching on November 15th 2024. On PC the game will be available through Ubisoft Connect and the Epic Games Store. We expect to see official gameplay for Shadows at Ubisoft Forward next month.
