Aqua Computer Revolutionises Water Cooling with Innovative Anti-Leak Technology

Aqua Computer aims to revolutionise the liquid cooling market with their new LEAKSHIELD product, applying some German engineering to one of the largest problems with liquid-cooled PCs.  

Water and active electronics shouldn’t mix, and this problem has made custom liquid-cooled PCs a tough sell to many hardware enthusiasts. Aqua Computer knows this and had designed a solution that minimises the ability of leaky components to ruin your system and can inform you if your water cooling loop ever starts leaking. 

Aqua Computer’s LEAKSHIELD is a product that creates negative pressure within your liquid-cooled PC, ensuring that any leaks in your water cooling loop will result in air leaking into your system and not water leaking out. This makes leaks less dangerous, and an integrated vacuum pump will maintain this negative pressure until users can take countermeasures. 

The LEAKSHIELD allows users to measure the pressure within their liquid cooling loop, using a pressure sensor with a resolution of 0.0001 bar to detect the smallest leaks. In addition, Aqua Computer can inform users of any pressure chances using audio and visual indicators, allowing users to react appropriately in the event of a leak. The LEAKSHIELD can be attached to Aqua Computer’s ULTITUBE reservoirs and products from competing manufacturers using adapter kits. The device can also be controlled and monitored using USB, with an OLED screen/push-button combo for on-device monitoring and control. Aqua Computer’s AquaSuite software can also be used to control their LEAKSHIElD device.
