be quiet release new Light Wings fans and Light Loop Liquid Cooler at Computex
Be quiet showcase new cooling solutions at Computex 2024
Alongside their new Light Base 900 and Light Base 600 PC cases, be quiet has showcased a range of new fans and liquid cooling solutions at their Computex booth. This includes new light loop series liquid coolers, which will be available to purchase in September.
On the fan side we have the company’s new Light Wings FX series fans. These fans will be available both individually and as part of be quiet’s new Light Loop series CPU coolers.
At Computex, be quiet revealed both 240mm and 360mm versions of their new Light Loop liquid coolers. Both models will be available in black or white, and will feature a frosted cooling block that is illuminated by a large number of ARGB LEDs.
These new CPU liquid cooling solutions will support AMD’s AM5 CPU socket and Intel’s upcoming LGA1851 socket. This means that these coolers will be ready for Intel’s next-gen Arrow Lake CPUs and AMD’s next-gen Ryzen 9000 series CPUs.
For AMD users, an 8mm offset mount is available for AM5. This will allow these coolers to better cover the “hot spots” of AMD’s latest processors. Consequently, this should enable lower temperatures for AMD AM5 CPUs than be quiet’s standard mounting solution.
Be quiet’s new Light Wings LX series fans will be available in 120mm and 140mm form. White and Black frame options will also be available, as will standard and high-speed variants. Each fan will feature 16 integrated ARGB LEDs in their hubs.
Be quiet’s new fans and liquid cooling solutions will all be available to purchase in September.
