Cooler Master reveals MasterAir MA624 Stealth – A Large Whisper-Quiet Heatsink
The MasterAir MA624 Stealth is due to launch later this year, with an estimate MSRP of $99.99 in the US, offering users a colossal heatsink with dual 140mm SickleFlow fans and an optional third fan, a 120mm SickleFlow fan, which can be used to increase the heatsink’s RAM clearance.Â
This dual-tower heatsink is cooled using six evenly distributed heatpipes with a full coverage nickel-plated copper base, and a fin stack which is said to feature the “optimal combination of thickness and pitch between each layer” to ensure maximum airflow through the heatsink. Even with its fans at full speed, Cooler Master’s 140mm and 120mm SickleFlow fans are designed to maximise their noise output at 27 dBA, making these fans “whisper-quiet”.
The MasterAir MA624 is designed to support all major CPU sockets, with AMD’s Threadripper and EPYC sockets being the only major exceptions. LGA 2066, LGA 1200, LGA 1150, AM4, AM3 and FM2 sockets are all supported. Â
  Â
The MA624 Stealth gives you unrivaled performance with an innovative dual-tower, dual-fan setup in a striking, massive jet black package. Two SickleFlow fans give you an efficient Push-Pull setup for superior airflow, while a dual-tower heatsink cooled by six pipes and a nickel-plated base work to rapidly draw heat out. And despite the size of this baby, all of this is accomplished with a noise output that’s capped at a whisper-quiet 27 dBA.

Â
One of the critical aspects of this heatsink is that it gives its user options, shipping with all of the fans needed to ensure that users can have a dual-fan cooling configuration regardless of their RAM clearance. If you have tall RAM, you can use this heatsink’s 120mm front fan, and if you have a smaller memory kit, you can use two 140mm fans for optimal cooling performance.Â
Cooler Master plans to back up their MasterAir MA624 Stealth heatsink with a five-year warranty. At this time Cooler Master has not revealed a release date for this CPU heatsink.Â
