EK releases their new MLC Phoenix Series of modular liquid cooling products
EK has now created their new MLC Phoenix pre-filled liquid coolers to deliver their fans an easy entry point into the custom liquid cooling market. EK now offers pre-filled radiator/pump combo units, CPU Block and GPU liquid cooling units, each of which uses EK’s proven quick-disconnect couplings to merge these modules into a custom liquid cooling loop. Â
All of these units will use copper components and contains an EK-made coolant, removing the choice of coolant from the equation entirely, removing the need to choose a custom coolant and all the potential compatibility concerns associated with this decision.Â
Radiator-wise, EK is offering 120mm, 240mm, 360mm, 140mm and 280mm options, all of which comes with a built-in pump. Adding an extra radiator into your system will also deliver additional pump power, making this system suitable for complex multi-rad configurations.  Â
Â
When it comes to CPU support, EK supports all major consumer sockets, offering a custom TR$/Threadripper Ready CPU module as well as an Intel/AM4 CPU module that supports LGA1150, LGA 1150, LGA 1151, LGA 1156, LGA 2011(-3) and AM4.Â
With these new kits, EK is also offering extensive GPU support with 23 block options at launch, including blocks to AMD’s RX Vega series of GPU and Nvidia’s Founders Edition series of GPU. A list of available GPU block options can is available here.Â
All of EK’s MLC Phoenix series products come pre-assembled, with purchases being available through EK’s new EK-MLC Configurator tool. Â
