NZXT ceases H1 case sales over safety concerns

NZXT’s H1 chassis returns to retail after case revision

NZXT has confirmed that its H1 enclosure is now available to purchase once again. NZXT’s H1 chassis has returned following a revision to the case’s design which eliminates the safety issue which impacted a small number of enclosures. More information about this safety issue is available here

Purchasers of new H1 enclosures can be confident that their enclosure will not suffer from the same issue as older models, and existing H1 owners can request a free repair kit for their enclosure here. While the issue was a low probability issue, NZXT is keen to ensure that all H1 owners can use their enclosures with confidence and will ship repair kits to their users at their expense.

NZXT’s H1 chassis is a Mini-ITX enclosure which contains an SFX power supply, an integrated AIO liquid cooling solution and support for large graphics cards through the use of a PCIe riser card. The case is designed to deliver high-performance PC gaming in a console-like form factor.

The NZXT H1 Mini-ITX case has been updated to address the safety issue and is once again available for sale! Thank you for your patience and understanding while we resolved this matter.
