Intel Core Ultra 300 “Panther Lake” CPUs and clock speeds leak

Intel’s Panther Lake CPU lineup has leaked – Up to 16 cores with up to a 5.1 GHz boost

Intel unveiled its upcoming Panther Lake series processors last month (see our in-depth analysis here), but didn’t reveal detailed information about specific SKUs. Now, thanks to Jaykihn, we have the maximum boost clock speeds and core configurations of Intel’s Panther Lake CPU lineup. This CPU lineup will have as few as six cores on the low end and up to sixteen cores on the high end. All models are expected to ship with a stock TDP of 25W; however, higher-end SKUs will feature significantly higher TDP limits.

Intel’s Panther Lake lineup is expected to achieve clock speeds of up to 5.1 GHz on the high-end 388H model. This is much lower than the clock speeds that Intel can deliver on its desktop CPUs. This is to be expected given the low-power, mobile nature of these CPUs.

Panther Lake is a chiplet-based CPU design from Intel, which means that different models will feature different CPU core counts and GPU configurations. There is an 8-core configuration with a smaller 4-core Xe3 GPU, and two 16-core CPU variants with either a 4-core or 12-core Xe3 GPU. Note that all models feature Intel’s 50 TOPS NPU.

Leaked CPU Specifications

Below are the leaked specifications of Intel’s Core Ultra 300 Panther Lake CPU lineup. Sadly, the GPU configurations of these processors remain unknown. However, we expect Core X series models to feature Intel’s larger Xe3 GPU.
