Nvidia’s CEO, Jensen Huang, is now worth more than Intel

Jensen Huang’s net worth is now larger than the entirety of Intel

Nvidia is on the rise, and Intel has fallen on hard times. Today, Intel is worth $97 billion, and Nvidia is worth $3.6 trillion. The recent growth of Nvidia has seen its value soar, and the worth of its CEO, Jensen Huang, has exploded. Today, Jensen Huang’s net worth is estimated at $109 billion.

Several rumours of potential Intel buy-outs have circulated in recent weeks. A few weeks ago, it was reported that Qualcomm had approached Intel with an acquisition offer. Since then, false rumours of other Intel acquisition offers have been circulating, each crazier than the last. Will Apple buy Intel? What about Microsoft? No, and no. As far as we are aware, Intel is not for sale. That said, Jensen Huang buying Intel is a fun idea. Below is a popular post suggesting that Jensen walks up to Intel in its best leather jacket and presents them with an offer. Nvidia did try to buy ARM, so why not Intel?

The explosion of AI has fueled Nvidia’s recent rise, boosting Nvidia’s stock value and Jensen Huang’s net worth. That’s why Jensen Huang is worth more than the entirety of Intel today. Now, Huang is estimated to be the world’s 11th richest billionaire, at least according to the Forbes real-time billionaire’s list. That places Huang ahead of Bill Gates, Michael Bloomberg, and just behind Steve Ballmer. However, it should be noted that Huang’s worth is tied up in Nvidia Stock, which means that any misses over the coming quarters could cause his net worth to drop dramatically.
