New leak reveals aggressive clock speeds for AMD’s Radeon RX 9060 XT graphics card
Following our report on AMD’s Radeon RX 9060 XT specifications last weekend, another leaker (Videocardz) has largely verified the specifications of AMD’s next RDNA 4 graphics cards. Furthermore, they have added to prior leaks by revealing the clock speeds of AMD’s Radeon RX 9060 XT.
With a boost clock speed of 3230 MHz, AMD’s Radeon RX 9060 XT features faster clock speeds than AMD’s RX 9070 XT. These aggressive clock speeds signal that AMD’s next RDNA 4 graphics card aims to bring real competition to the mid-range GPU market. Like their other RDNA 4 GPUs, AMD hopes to deliver strong value for money with this new release. Through these aggressive clock speeds, AMD hopes to deliver great value for PC gamers.
As we have reported previously, AMD targets a price range of $269-$299 for the 8GB Radeon RX 9060 XT and $329-$379 for the 16GB model. Based on expected pricing and performance, this places AMD’s new GPUs in direct competition with Nvidia’s RTX 5060 and RTX 5060 Ti. AMD will likely finalise their pricing after Nvidia’s RTX 5060 Ti launch. After all, this is when AMD will learn how strong their competition is.

Thanks to this leak, we know pretty much everything we need to know about AMD’s RX 9060 XT ahead of launch. All we need to do now is wait for AMD’s official reveal, which will confirm pricing and showcase how this GPU will perform in games.
As this GPU features the same number of stream processors as AMD’s RDNA 3 RX 7600/7600 XT, this card will showcase the performance gains that AMD’s RDNA 4 graphics architecture delivers.
