AMD’s Radeon RX 7900 XTX price drops to £849.99 in the UK

PC gamers can now grab AMD’s Radeon RX 7900 XTX for a bargain price

AMD’s Radeon RX 7900 series graphics cards are now available for aggressively low prices. Now, AMD’s RDNA 3 flagship, the Radeon RX 7900 XTX, is available for £849.99 in the UK. That’s similar pricing to Nvidia’s mid-range RTX 4070 Ti SUPER graphics cards.

At this pricing level, AMD’s fastest RDNA 3 graphics card presents a strong value proposition to gamers. This is especially true for those who value having a large amount of VRAM. With 24GB of GDDR6 memory, this graphics card has more VRAM as Nvidia’s much more expensive RTX 4090.

What’s worth noting about PowerColor’s Hellhound OC version of AMD’s Radeon 7900 XT is that it features higher clock speeds. With a game clock speed of 2330 MHz, and a boost clock speed of 2525 MHz, Power are offering gamers 30 MHz/25 MHz respective clock speeds boosts over AMD’s reference design. While these are only minor clock speed gains, every little helps.

Last month, AMD issued promotional pricing for their RX 7900 series graphics cards. Today. AMD’s Radeon 7900 XTX is available for a even lower price. It remains to be seen if AMD’s GPU prices will drop further in the coming weeks or months, or if GPU prices will stay around today’s levels.
