EKWB teases their upcoming RTX 2070, 2080 and 2080 Ti water blocks

EK has started to tease their upcoming RTX 2070, 2080 and 2080 Ti water block designs, showcasing both Acrylic and Acetal topped offerings which both feature RGB elements.

At this time, it is unknown whether or not EK plans to release a single water block solution to support Nvidia’s entire RTX lineup, much like their Geforce GTX 10-series Founders Edition water block, which supported Nvidia’s GTX 1060, GTX 1070, GTX 1080, GTX 1080 Ti, GTX Titan X Pascal and GTX Titan Xp graphics cards. Alphacool has already created a water block that supports both Nvidia’s RTX 2080 and RTX 2080 Ti graphics cards, the Eisblock GPX-N 2080/2080 Ti

Unlike EK’s previous RGB water block designs, the company’s latest prototypes offer RGB illumination from the end of Nvidia’s graphics card, with the Acetal version offering an illuminated end block while the Acrylic version emits light around the GPU’s acrylic top. Previous RGB illuminated EK water blocks contained LEDs along the base of Acrylic topped graphics card water block, with acetal blocks featuring no RGB support.
