MSI RTX 5060 Ti range leaks – PCIe 5.0 x8 confirmed!

MSI’s entire RTX 5060 Ti graphics card range has leaked, revealing dual-fan and triple-fan models

Videocardz has managed to uncover some pictures of MSI’s upcoming RTX 5060 Ti series graphics cards. MSI has several RTX 5060 Ti designs ready to launch, including dual-fan INSPIRE 2X and GAMING models, and triple-fan Gaming Trio models.

First off, we have the RTX 5060 Ti INSPIRE 2X, which is a short dual-fan GPU model that is 2.3 slots thick. This GPU uses a PCIe 8-pin power connector. So far, this is the only MSI RTX 50 series graphics card known to use this power connector. This GPU has a standard selection of display outputs, which includes three DisplayPort connections and one HDMI output.

Next, we have the RTX 5060 TI Gaming, another dual-fan GPU model. This GPU has a more game-esque aesthetic and features a lot of RGB lighting elements. This model uses a 16-pin PCIe power connector, like higher-end RTX 50 series GPU models.

MSI RTX 5060 Ti Gaming TRIO

MSI’s Gaming TRIO GPU models are at the top of its RTX 5060 Ti range. These GPUs feature three fans and use 16-pin GPU power connectors. This GPU model will be available in black and white.

Both the black and white models of this GPU appear to use the identical black PCBs. The extra fan and larger heatsink on these models make these RTX 5060 Ti feel much more substantial than MSI’s lower-end models. This is good for someone who wants a GPU that fills more space inside their PC case. However, these models will likely launch with premium pricing.

PCIe 5.0 x8 confirmed

Looking at the PCIe slots on these graphics cards, it looks like Nvidia’s RTX 5060 Ti only uses a PCIe x8 interface. Like other RTX 50 series GPUs, Nvidia’s RTX 5060 Ti is expected to support PCIe 5.0 connectivity.

If recent rumours are to be believed, Nvidia’s RTX 5060 Ti will launch next week with asking prices of $379 and $429 for the GPU’s 8GB and 16GB models, respectively.
