MSI teases The Mandalorian and Grogu RTX 5080 GPU

MSI has built a Limited Edition GPU for The Mandalorian and Grogu

MSI Germany has started to tease a new Limited Edition RTX 5080 graphics card. This new GPU will be themed around The Mandalorian and Grogu, the newest Star Wars movie. The film will be coming to cinemas on May 22nd, with Jon Favreau directing.

MSI’s custom Star Wars GPU will be based on its GeForce RTX 5080 Gaming Trio graphics card. This means that the GPU will feature 16GB of GDDR7 memory, and an Nvidia Blackwell GPU core with 10,752 CUDA cores. This Limited Edition MSI GPU will feature custom The Mandalorian and Grogu artwork, as well as other iconic The Mandalorian imagery. This includes a Mythosaur skull symbol and a Mudhorn symbol.

Sadly, MSI has not released detailed images of this new GPU. However, you can get a glimpse of this GPU in the teaser below.

We expect MSI to reveal more information about this GPU over the coming days or weeks. Right now, we do not expect this GPU to feature clock speeds higher than those of any of MSI’s existing RTX 5080 models. While this is a Limited Edition GPU, its performance isn’t what makes it special; it’s its branding.
