Nvidia’s RTX 5060 series to release next month and be revealed soon

Nvidia to reveal its RTX 5060 Family “in about 10 days” – leaker claims

According to the leaker MEGAsizeGPU, Nvidia plans to reveal its RTX 5060 series graphics cards “in about 10 days.” This lineup perfectly matches our expectations of a GTC 2025 reveal. Nvidia’s GTC 2025 keynote is on March 18th, and that event may be perfect for Nvidia’s next GPU reveal.

Nvidia’s RTX 5060 family of graphics cards is due to launch around a month after its reveal. This places its release in mid-late April.

Recent rumors have suggested that Nvidia’s planned RTX 5060 Ti will have both 8GB and 16GB versions. It has also been reported that Nvidia’s partners will be allowed to use 8-pin GPU power connectors with these lower-end GPU models.

With Nvidia moving to GDDR7 memory with its RTX 50 series graphics cards, Nvidia’s RTX 5060 series models should be much less memory bandwidth-limited than their predecessors. With 28 Gbps GDDR7 memory modules, Nvidia’s RTX 5060 will feature 55% more memory bandwidth than its predecessor. That’s great news for gamers, as this bandwidth increase should eliminate memory performance as a potential performance bottleneck, at least for normal gaming workloads.
