Samsung Expands its 2021 Odyssey Gaming Monitor Lineup with Three New Models

Samsung has just launched three new monitors for the gaming market, all of which focus on delivering high framerate gameplay at the popular 4K, 1440p and 1080p display resolutions with 144Hz and 165Hz refresh rates.

The most impressive of these displays is the Samsung Oddysey G7 G70A, a 28-inch monitor which features a 4K resolution with 144Hz support, Variable Refresh Rate (VRR) support through FreeSync Premium Pro/G-Sync Compatability, and support for the latest consoles with DisplayPort 1.4 and HDMI 2.1.

All three of Samsung's new displays are designed to offer gamers high refresh rates, VRR support and wide viewing angles, making these screens ideal for mainstream gamers. All of these monitors feature VESA compatible stands with height adjustment, tilt, swivel and pivot functions.

With the G7 model featuring HDMI 2.1 and 4K resolution support, the screen is ideal for high-end PC and console gaming. The only downside is the screen's relatively low level of HDR support, supporting VESA's DisplayHDR 400 standard.
