AIDA64 update confirms Intel Core Ultra PLUS series CPUs

AIDA64 update confirms Intel’s Arrow Lake Refresh

AIDA64 Extreme’s latest beta update has confirmed the existence of three upcoming Intel processors. These are the Core Ultra 9 290K PLUS, the Core Ultra 7 270K PLUS, and the Core Ultra 250K PLUS. These CPUs are “Arrow Lake Refresh” chips that offer higher specifications than their older counterparts.

This beta update confirms the existence of Intel’s Core Ultra 200 PLUS series CPUs. Specifications for these processors have already leaked. These new models feature higher clock speeds than their existing counterparts, and the Ultra 7 and Ultra 5 models also include four additional P-cores.

These processors are likely to be the last CPUs to support Intel’s LGA-1851 CPU socket. It is currently unknown what the “PLUS” in the names of these CPUs signify. It is also unknown if Intel has improved the NPU (Neural Processing Unit) included with these processors.
