Assassin’s Creed: Black Flag is now available for free on Uplay

For the next week, Ubisoft will be giving away free copies of Assassin’s Creed IV: Black Flag on PC on Uplay. ThisÂ promotion will allow PC gamers to play this 2013 classic to deliver gameplay that is unique within the Assassin’s Creed franchise, aside from AC: Freedom Cry, the standalone expansion that tells the story of AdÃ©walÃ© after the events of Assassin’s Creed IV.Â

This free promotion will be active until December 18th at 10 AM UTC, giving PC gamers a week to redeem their permanent free copy of Assassin’s Creed VI on Uplay.Â

Â Â The year is 1715. Pirates rule the Caribbean and have established their own lawless Republic where corruption, greediness and cruelty are commonplace.

Among these outlaws is a brash young captain named Edward Kenway. His fight for glory has earned him the respect of legends like Blackbeard, but also drawn him into the ancient war between Assassins and Templars, a war that may destroy everything the pirates have built.
