Ubisoft has released an update to inform consumers what is coming to Assassin’s Creed: Origins over the next month, with a free “Trials of the Gods” mode coming to the game on November 7th alongside Xbox One X support and the addition of HDR support on all platforms.

On November 7th a new title update for the game will deliver these features alongside improvements to the game’s stability, though at this time it is unknown whether this means that the update will contain bug fixes, performance improvements or a mixture of both. Hopefully, Ubisoft is working on the game’s performance on both PC and console hardware, especially on PC where the game can easily become CPU limited or suffer from sub-par performance on Radeon hardware.

The game’s upcoming “Trials of the Gods” mode will place players against the Egyptian Gods themselves, placing players into an interesting boss battle or the “ultimate hunt”. Players of this mode will be rewarded with legendary loot, with the game’s first God, Anubis, releasing with this mode on November 7th.
