Bethesda releases DOOM Eternal Teaser ahead of E3 Press Conference
Bethesda’s E3 Press Conference will take place on June 9th at 5:30 PM PT, and to generate hype for the event, the publisher has released a new teaser trailer for DOOM Eternal, which is expected to be playable at their gaming showcase.Â
DOOM Eternal is likely to receive an official release date at E3, with the game coming to PS4, Xbox One Nintendo Switch PC and Google’s Stadia platform. id Software expects gamers to rip and tear regardless of their chosen gaming platform.Â
The id Tech 7 engine will be utilised to power DOOM Eternal, receiving some major upgrades when compared to the iterations of id Tech 6 which powered both DOOM 2016 and Wolfenstein 2: The New Colossus. Bethesda boasts a 10x increase to geometric detail within the game, higher levels of texture quality and other notable upgrades. Expect DOOM Eternal to look good, especially on high-end gaming PCs.Â
