Blizzard will be hosting a Overwatch free weekend from September 22-25

Blizzard will be hosting an Overwatch free weekend from September 22-25

 
Next weekend Blizzard will be hosting an Overwatch free weekend, giving both PC and console gamers the chance to experience all of Overwatch’s content for free, which includes all 25 heroes, 16 maps and game modes.  

Any progress that free player makes during this weekend will be carried forward if a player purchases the full game. PS4 and Xbox One owners will need to subscribe to PlayStation Plus or Xbox Live Gold to access this free weekend. PC users will only require a batte.net account to play.

In the UK, this free trial will start at 7 pm BST on Friday, September 22nd, with free weekend finishing at 8 am on Tuesday, September 26th.  

Below is a chart that will show the starting time of Overwatch’s free weekend in several different timezones. Blizzard has stated that there will be no server downtime for the duration of their Overwatch free weekend.
