Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War’s Zombies Mode is available to play for free this week 

Until January 21st, gamers on PC, Xbox and PlayStation will be able to play Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War’s Zombie mode for free, with PC gamers gaining access to a standalone version of the game’s Zombie mode through Blizzard’s Battle.net launcher. 

On PC and Xbox, this free trial will include Cold War Zombie’s Die Machine and Cranked modes, while gamers on PlayStation hardware gain access to those two modes as well as the game’s Onslaught mode. Onslaught Mod is a Zombies game mode that is exclusive to Sony’s PlayStation hardware, though it will be coming to PC and Xbox at a later date. 

Those who Play Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War’s Zombie mode during this free trial will be able to retain their progress if they purchase the full game on the same platform.

Based on the size of a Zombies mode install on the retail version of Black Ops Cold War’s Zombie mode on PC, this free trial should be around 26.7GB in size. More information about this free trial is available here
