Crackdown 3’s Release Date has been Revealed

During their X018 event, Microsoft showcased Crackdown 3, revealing that the game would feature both a single-player/co-op campaign as well as a 5v5 online multiplayer mode called “Wreaking Zone”.

Amongst the game’s listed capabilities are HDR10 support, Xbox Play Anywhere status and support for Variable Refresh Rates, a function that recently arrived on the Xbox platform through AMD’s FreeSync technology.

At this event, Crackdown 3 received a final release date, which will be February 15th on both PC and Xbox One. At launch, this game will be available via Microsoft’s Xbox Game Pass service, which will allow PC and Xbox One gamers to access the game on day-1 for £7.99 per month.

As seen in X018, Crackdown 3’s larger than life agent, Commander Jaxon, gets the jump on his real-life counterpart, Terry Crews. Annihilate the competition as Commander Jaxon in the best place to Step Up You Boom: Crackdown’s fully destructible environment, Wrecking Zone.
