Knowing this, we can understand why there is so much hype surrounding Cyberpunk 2077, a new RPG that moves away from a fantasy world and into the realm of sci-fi. Right now not much is known about cyberpunk, though that has done little to kill the hype surrounding the title.
The Polish website GRY-Online has stated that CD Projekt Red plans to showcase Cyberpunk 2077 at E3 2018 in June, with two sources claiming that there will also be a fully playable demo that will be showcased behind closed doors. Recent rumours suggest that a playable demo has already been sent to Sony, reinforcing these new claims that the game will be shown at E3 2018.
The Witcher 3 is often heralded as one of the greatest RPGs in gaming history, leaving many excited to see the same levels of quality and attention to detail applied to a sci-fi universe. Will Cyberpunk be able to meet the high standard set by The Witcher 3?
