Free DLC is coming to Middle-Earth: Shadow of War before the end of the year
On November 21st the game’s first piece of Expansion content, the “Slaughter Tribe” will be released, adding more fortresses, missions and an additional content for the game’s Nemesis system. Alongside this expansion pass content, a new “Endless Seige” mode will be released alongside a new Rebellion feature and enhancements to the game’s photo mode.Â
-Endless Siege – Defend your fortresses against Sauron’s forces as the Dark Lord tries to reclaim Mordor in the Endless Siege. (Available 21st Nov)
-Rebellion – Crush the rebel Ologs and Uruks in your forces as they seek to undermine the Bright Lord. (Available 21st Nov)
– Enhanced Photo Mode – Capture every battle and siege and apply new filters, frames and textures with the Enhanced Photo Mode update. (Available 21st Nov)
On December 5th the game will also be updated with a new “Online Fight Pits” mode where players can challenge the Orc followers of other players in a fight to the death, Overlord VS Overlord for a chance to win some powerful rewards. On December 12th a new “Brutal” difficulty mode will also be added to the game, which makes the game harder and removes the game’s “last chance” combat mechanic.Â
On December 12th the “Outlaw Tribe” will also be released, adding similar new content to the game’s Slaughter Tribe. Below is an image that details all known upcoming content for Middle-Earth: Shadow of War. Â
