What PC games are people looking forward to playing in 2019? We could poll our readers or talk about our gaming preferences, but Valve’s Steam platform has a pretty definitive list of 2019’s most hotly anticipated games releases.

While this list doesn’t include games that are released outside of Steam, Valve’s “Top Wishlists” product list is a pretty good indicator of what titles should be on your radar, at least when it comes to big-name developers. Note that this list doesn’t include games that are currently available, only those that are “coming soon”.

At the time of writing From Software’s Sekiro: Shadows Die Twice is currently top of the pre-order charts, capitalising on the success of Dark Souls and the game’s impressive E3 2018 showcase. Up next is Resident Evil 2’s Remake, which will release on January 25th with DirectX 12 support and DXR Raytraced Reflections on PC. Next up is Metro Exodus, another DirectX 12 title with DXR features.

Included near the top of the list is also Devil May Cry 5, The Outer Worlds, Tom Clancy’s The Division 2, and PC exclusives like Total War: Three Kingdoms and Tropico 6.

It is also worth noting that amongst these top games is titles like Ashen, which is now set to launch exclusively on the Epic Games store, with the developer planning to release the game on Steam later.
