Halo Wars 2 now supports Multi-GPU setups on Windows 10
 Â
-
– Multi-GPU support is now enabled on Windows 10- – Up to two GPUs are supported
- – This implementation of Multi GPU synchronizes data between the two GPUs. Running at 4K resolution and higher-quality graphics options may exceed the bandwidth available to synchronize the cards, which may cause in-game performance issues.
- – Updating to the Creators Update of Windows 10 is strongly recommended
– Make sure youâre on the latest graphics driver
Â
This is the second major game Windows 10 Store Exclusive game to receive Multi-GPU support, which bodes well for Microsoft’s future game releases. Hopefully, in time Microsoft first party released will release on PC with this kind of support on Day-1, which would be great whenever we see titles like Forza Motorsport 7, Crackdown 3 and State of Decay 2 make it to PC.Â
Microsoft has come a long way since the early days of the Windows 10 Store and UWP games, though the company still has to go a long way before they receive acceptance from the majority of PC gamers.Â
