Hitman 2’s latest trailer showcases the Tools of the Trade

IO Interactive has released their latest trailer for Hitman 2, detailing the “Tools of the Trade” that Agent 47 will have at his disposal. In Hitman 2, players will have to be creative to take out their targets, at least if they wish to do so undetected. Going in guns blazing is no doubt an option, but not one that is recommended. 

In the trailer disguises are shown, functional mirrors serve a gameplay purpose and tools ranging from concussion grenades to exploding rubber ducks are highlighted, all of which add up to create a world where a seemingly countless number of assassination possibilities are possible. 

Owners of the original Hitman (2016), will be able to replay the game’s missions within the engine of Hitman 2, offering players all of the new tools that are present within Hitman 2, while also adding new gameplay mechanics to make the gameplay experience feel fresh and satisfying. Working mirrors will make it easier to enemies to spot you, while the addition of tall grass in some levels will make stealth a breeze, beyond that the addition of tools like exploding rubber duck will no doubt add a little extra fun factor into the mix.
