Microsoft Dragon Simulator X is an awesome concept
This Microsoft Dragon Simulator X prototype makes us want a full game
Over on Reddit, a user called _SideniuS_ has shared an awesome demo from a Dragon simulator game that they have been working on. Simply put, “Microsoft Dragon Simulator X” looks incredible, so much so that we would love to see a modern game based on it. At a minimum, we would like to see a fun “Dragon Mode” come to Microsoft Flight Simulator, just for a laugh.
No, this is not a mod for Microsoft Flight Simulator, and no you can’t play it. Well, at least you can’t play it yet. This showcase was made using Unreal Engine 5. If you watch the video, you will see no pop-in as the dragon comes close to the ground. This demo looks fantastic.
Honestly, Microsoft needs to make a free Dragon DLC for Microsoft Flight Simulator. I’m sure that would draw some new players to the game, or at least get some more players on Game Pass to try it out. We have jet fighters in Microsoft Flight Simulator, why not Dragons? I think it would be a great idea for Microsoft to have some fun with this game. Perhaps there is space for a UFO DLC, or a Flying DeLorean DLC? The possibilities are endless.
