Nioh’s PC version will soon have keyboard and mouse controls

Nioh’s release on PC was a disappointment, requiring a minimum of 3GB of VRAM to run well (at low settings) a lack of dedicated mouse/keyboard controls or even the ability to play the game with an unlocked framerate.

On November 30th, Team Ninja will be releasing a new patch for Nioh’s PC release, delivering some bug fixes as well as rebindable mouse/keyboard controls on PC, fixing one of the above issues. This update will finally allow PC gamers to play the game natively with keyboard and mouse, though the lack of an unlocked framerate option is still incredibly annoying.

While this is a welcome update, it only goes some of the ways to providing what we would call a decent PC gaming experience. PC gaming is all about options, though it is likely that this game will still play best with a console-like controller/gamepad.
