Avatar: Frontiers of Pandora will feature both FSR and DLSS support at launch

At Gamescom 2023, Ubisoft has showcased the PC version of Avatar: Frontiers of Pandora, and have confirmed many of the features that gamers can expect from Massive Entertainment’s latest game.

Avatar: Frontiers of Pandora will be launching later this year on PC, Xbox Series X/S, and PlayStation 5, and on PC the game will feature an extensive graphical options menu, and settings that go beyond the game’s planned console version. Avatar: Frontiers of Pandora will feature support for ray traced reflections and shadows, and the game’s PC version will feature support for AMD’s FSR 2 and Nvidia’s DLSS technologies at launch.

AMD has confirmed that Avatar: Frontiers of Pandora will support the company’s upcoming FSR 3 technology, though at this time it is unclear if the feature will be available within the game at launch. On PC, Frontiers of Pandora will also support ultrawide monitors and feature an unlocked framerate.

Ubisoft has confirmed that they have been working to deliver the smoothest PC gaming experience possible, working to lower latencies and to allow Frontiers of Pandora to make effective use of today’s high core count processors. The game is launching on December 7th, and will be available on PC through Ubisoft Connect.
