Steam’s Winter Sale has officially started

Valve has started Steam’s winter sale, reducing the priced of a large portion of Steam’s catalogue of titles significantly. Here we can see even sew titles like Wolfenstein II: The New Colossus and Middle-Earth: Shadow of War receive discounts of 50% and 30% respectively, huge discounts considering the fact that both games were released in October.

Newcomers to PC gaming will also find PC classics like the Half-Life and Portal series of games shipping with some huge discounts, with the Half-Life complete collection costing £3.26 and the entire portal series for just £1.64. Black MESA, the Valve endorsed Early Access Half-Life remake is also available with a 75% discount for £3.74.

2017 has also been a great year for PC re-releases of some popular console titles, with Bayonetta and Vanquish being released with huge success. Both of these titles are currently available with 50% discounts for £7.49. Most of Bethesda’s recent releases like Fallout 4 (non-VR), Wolfenstein II, DOOM, Prey and Dishonored 2 all come with 50% discounts, with many of their older titles coming with larger 75% price reductions.
