Stormgate will support Nvidia DLSS 3 and Reflex at launch

Upcoming Free-To-Play RTS Stormgate will be filled with Nvidia technologies at launch

Frost Giant Studios’ Stormgate is launching this month through Steam Early Access, and on day-1 the game will support Nvidia goodies in the form of DLSS 3 and Nvidia Reflex support. The game will also be available to stream through GeForce Now on day-1.

Stormgate is a new free-to-play real-time strategy (RTS) game that features, competitive, co-operative, and single-player modes. The game’s developers include RTS veterans that worked on titles like Warcraft III, Starcraft II, and more.

Stormgate was built using Unreal Engine 5, offering gamers crisp HD visuals, and large scale battles that can have hundreds of units on screen. Currently, it is unknown whether or not the game will support AMD FSR 3.1 or Intel XeSS 1.3 at launch. We know that AMD has an FSR 3.1 plugin for Unreal Engine 5, giving little reason for this game to exclusive AMD’s latest upscaler at launch.

With Nvidia DLSS 3, Stormgate will support Nvidia’s DLSS Upscaling and Frame Generation technologies. Additionally, through Reflex, Nvidia GPU users will be able to minimise game latency. This will make the game more responsive on compatible systems.

Stormgate releases on Steam Early Access on July 30th. Over time, the game will be updated with more content as the game is developed. Below are the game’s PC system requirements.

MINIMUM:
Requires a 64-bit processor and operating system
OS: Windows 10+ (64 bit)
Processor: 6 Cores, 2.3 GHz
Memory: 16 GB RAM
Graphics: GeForce GTX 1060

RECOMMENDED:
Requires a 64-bit processor and operating system
