The Star Wars Battlefront Classic Collection is already Steam Deck Verified

The Best Battlefront games on the go – The Star Wars Battlefront Classic Collection is Steam Deck Verified

The original two Star Wars Battlefront games will soon be re-released for PC and consoles in the form of the Star Wars Battlefront Classic Collection. This will see these classic 3rd person shooters arrive on modern consoles for the first time. It will also see the game re-released on PC with content that was previously only available on consoles.

Both games will include maps that were previously only available on consoles, and Battlefront II will feature bonus heroes in the form of Asajj Ventress and Kit Fisto. At launch, the PC version of the classic collection will also be Steam Deck Verified. Currently, the Steam versions of the original Battlefront games are rated as “Playable” on Steam Deck.

The Steam Deck OLED will likely become the best place to play the Battlefront Classic Collection on the go. After all, the Steam Deck is much more powerful than Nintendo’s Switch, and the Steam Deck OLED features a 90Hz screen and a higher screen resolution than Switch.

The Battlefront Classic Collection will release on Steam on March 14th. The Game is available for £29.33 in the UK. Owners of either original Battlefront game will receive a 20% “loyalty” discount.
