Now you need to select Precision Boost Overdrive, the third option down.

You need to change (via selection with enter) the Precision Boost Overdrive mode from Auto to Advanced. Nearly there.

Now to get to the important power elements, change PBO Limits from Auto the Manual.

This is where the magic happens, and you have to pay close attention to your number inputs.

7600X and 7700X – PPT 88000, TDC 75000, EDC to 150000

7900X and 7950X – PPT 142,000 TDC 110,000 EDC 170000

Double check you’ve entered the numbers correctly, then go to exit on the right, save and reboot, and you’ll be basking in the glory of very nearly stock performance but with a cooler CPU requiring less of your yearly energy bill.
