If you’ve ever purchased a CPU you’ll know that they pretty much come in the barest minimum of packaging. A cardbox box containing a plastic tray for the CPU. The 12900KS eschews such simplicity and instead comes in a seriously attractive box.
Is it s a representation of the silicon wafer? The worlds largest Olympic gold medal? A gold plated waffle? It certainly will look attractive on your shelf.
And the processor itself in all its many cored glory.
