Introduction

So far we’ve looked at the flagship motherboard from ASUS and Gigabyte that are accompanying the Pinnacle Ridge launch and, being the hardcore enthusiasts we are, we want to take in all the upcoming news and information we can. Ergo, we have to see what MicroStar International are bringing to the party in the form of their flagship motherboard for the new generation, the MSI X470 Gaming M7 AC.

 

Technical Specifications

Looking down the specifications list for the X470 it’s clearly extremely similar to the X370. This is a case of evolution not revolution, with the X470 chipset looking to improve the overall efficiency and feature set of the Ryzen architecture without entirely resetting the design. As always showing is more interesting than telling, so let’s get up close and personal with the Gaming M7 AC.
