Such is the stern nature of the latest version of 3D Mark the 290X DCUII only gains a handful of points over the reference card. However, the overclock really makes a difference. In Cloud Gate/Fire Strike/Fire Strike X the score comparison is 31337/9902/4945 against 32389/10828/5456 for the 290X DCUII.
