Software
The Logitech software is amongst the very best, with clear options, fast response time, and everything very obvious. We’ve used enough pieces of software that have oblique icons and a multitude of sub-pages to last a lifetime, so it’s lovely to have a piece of software that covers all the Logitech hardware in one download whilst using the same icons for them all so that it’s easy to be up and running in mere moments.
A particular highlight is the selection of prebuilt colour profiles, which not only enables you to show off your new purchase as swiftly as possible, but by including a few game specific lighting profiles it also sparks your own creativity by demonstrating the potential of the G910.
ARX
The plastic tray at the back of the keyboard supports your smartphone for the ARX features. This works simply by looking for the device on the same network as the system the keyboard is attached to. One app download later and you’re up and running. It doesn’t have quite the featureset of the Roccat equivalent, nor the flexibility, but it’s useful to have once there are some games willing to output data to it.
