MSI GS63VR 7RF Stealth Pro 4K Review

MSIs laptop packaging is always excellent and the GS63VR is no exception. Beneath the laptop is the charger and documentation, whilst the combination of plastic, foam and heavy cardboard ensure that it arrives to you in the same state it left the factory. We’ve seen a lot of MSI laptops in their Stealth chassis and it has proven itself over a long time as an excellent offering. It is beautiful brushed aluminium that has been anodised black, and with some red highlights there is much to enjoy about the looks. As you can see from our bottom image if you’re the type of person who believes that thinness is an admirable quality then the 7RF wont disappoint, only a 20p (21mm) in height. The underside has a soft feel to it, perfect for gripping non-uniform surfaces or if you fancy wearing shorts whilst using it. With Thunderbolt, USB 3.1 C-type, and lots of display outs there is a connection option to suit everyone. With the lid up you can see the 15″ 4K screen, more on that later, and the Steelseries keyboard with full RGB lighting. The Stealth Pro also comes with the updated trackpad that ‘hides’ the left and right mouse buttons at the bottom of the pad, rather than making them obvious. It all adds up to a very sleek looking design.
