Star Wars: Outlaws has received a 10-minute gameplay walkthrough

Here’s a 10-minute look at Star Wars: Outlaws

At Ubisoft Forward, Ubisoft Massive showcased ten minutes of gameplay for Star Wars: Outlaw, a new open-world Star Wars title that focuses on the criminal underbelly of the galaxy. Set between the events of The Empire Strikes Back and Return of the Jedi, the Galactic Civil war in in full force, but there’s more to the Galaxy than just the war. 

In Star Wars Outlaws, players will take control of Kay Vess, a wise-cracking scoundrel who is seeking a freedom and a new life. However, the events of the game will place Vess amongst the Galaxy’s most wanted as she fights, steals from, and outwits the galaxy’s criminal syndicates. 

Based on the gameplay below, Star Wars: Outlaws will feature an almost GTA-style wanted system, which should be players hunted by Imperial Law enforcement. The game has been marketed as Star Wars’ first true open world game, promising more player freedom than games like Star Wars Jedi: Survivor.

Visually, Star Wars Outlaws is an impressive looking title, which makes sense given the fact that this game is exclusive to PC and current generation consoles. Star Wars Outlaws is launching in 2024.
