Videocardz has managed to gain a glimpse of what appears to be a semi-custom RX Vega 64 GPU from MSI, which is set to release under the “Air Boost” name.

This GPU is MSI’s own version of AMD’s Reference RX Vega blower cooler design, which offers a different visual aesthetic and a rear IO shield that offers more space for ventilation than AMD’s reference RX Vega 64, which should allow it to run slightly cooler.
We can see that this GPU also features a backplate, making it exceptionally similar to AMD’s reference Vega models.

At this time the clock speeds of this GPU are unknown, though it is likely to offer similar clock speeds to AMD’s reference model. The Air Boost will likely fill the same niche as their GTX-Aero series of Nvidia Pascal GPUs, which were designed to offer a reference-like design at a slightly lower price than Nvidia’s Founders Edition GPU models.
