ASUS’ official Republic of Gamers Press Conference is about to start, where ROG will officially reveal some of their upcoming products. Rumour has it that ROG will enter into a lot of new product segments this year, including the smartphone market.
What remains to be seen is whether or not ASUS plans to showcase their new AREZ series of Radeon video cards at this event, as technically speaking AREZ is not part of the ASUS ROG sub-brand. That being said, after the death of Nvidia’s Geforce Partner Program will allow ASUS to fold AREZ into ROG, perhaps as an AMD alternative to ROG Strix.
