Need a Cheap RTX 2080 Ti Founders Edition? Here’s a Lego Version

I know what you are thinking. The Nvidia RTX 2080 Ti is too expensive, right? Not many PC gamers can afford to spend £1000 on a graphics card, and many that do will find it difficult to justify when compared to what else that money could be spent on. The RTX 2080 Ti has pricing levels that match or exceed older Titan series cards, making it well beyond what the vast majority of gamers can afford.

Thankfully, there seems to be a cheaper option. Meet the Lego RTX 2080 Ti Founders Edition, a respectably accurate recreation of Nvidia’s latest Geforce flagship. Yes, it lacks Nvidia’s RTX features, or any GPU features for that matter, but at least this hunk of pricing should be affordable to those who really want it.

Joking aside, Lego as a company wants your ideas, with this Lego RTX 2080 Ti Founders Edition coming courtesy of a creator called MinorMayo, who has presented his RTX 2080 Ti Lego Edition to the Lego Ideas website for consideration. While we doubt that this will ever become a real-world product, we do enjoy the idea of building a full-scale Lego gaming PC with one of these.

If there a point to this article? Not really, but we do consider MinorMayo’s creation worth sharing. If you are a Lego enthusiast, you should definitely have a look at everything else that’s on show over on the Lego Ideas website. You will be surprised by the creativity on display by the site’s collection of Lego enthusiasts.
