Intel Core Ultra 200 “Arrow Lake” CPU Specifications Leak

Arrow Lake unveiled – Final Intel Core Ultra 200 series CPU Specifications Leak

Specifications for five of Intel’s upcoming Core Ultra 200 series CPUs have leaked. This leak details the specifications of Intel’s forthcoming K-series of overclockable LGA1851 CPUs. These CPUs will reportedly be available later this month alongside new LGA1851 motherboards.

Like their 14th-generation Raptor Lake predecessors, Intel’s new Ultra 9, 7, and 5 processors will feature 8+16, 8+12, and 6+8 P-core/E-core configurations, respectively. Note that these new CPUs from Intel appear to lack Hyperthreading. Also, all five models feature NPUs capable of 13 TOPS of AI performance.

As always, Intel’s K-series GPUs will feature integrated graphics, while their KF series CPUs will lack integrated graphics. Note that there is no Ultra 9 285KF model, at least right now.

In terms of CPU clock speeds, Intel’s new P-cores are slower than their last-generation counterparts. Intel’s i9-14900K could see its P-cores boost up to 6 GHz. Intel’s new Ultra 9 285K will have its P-cores boost up to 5.7 GHz. However, it should be remembered that Intel’s new Ultra 200 series CPUs feature new E-core and P-core designs with increased IPC performance. As such, Intel’s lower clock speeds do not mean that their new CPUs are slower.

As always, specifications alone do not paint a full picture when it comes to PC performance. We must wait for reviews to see how Intel’s next-generation CPUs perform. After all, specifications are meaningless if those specs aren’t backed up by real-world performance gains.
