Corsair updates its 3500X PC case with reverse-blade fan options

Corsair has upgraded its 3500X series PC cases with new reverse-blade fan options and more

We’ve just learned that Corsair has updated its 3500X PC case lineup with several upgraded variants. We liked the original 3500X when we reviewed it last year, and they have now made the case better by addressing all of our feedback. Now, the case has new models with reverse-blade fans, a GPU support bracket, and a set of double-shot grommets.

We love it when a manufacturer takes our feedback on board and acts on it. Many people wonder why we can be so nitpicky in our reviews, and this is why. Our feedback gets back to manufacturers, and they can use that to make better products. If we didn’t say anything, changes wouldn’t be made.

Corsair’s new 3500X RS-R ARGB and 3500X LX-R RGB iCUE LINK models feature improved aesthetics thanks to the inclusion of three reverse-blade fans at the side/front of the case, as well as cable grommets that tidy up the interior. The addition of a GPU support is also a welcome change, especially given the size of modern graphics cards.

The best thing about these new upgraded models is that they do not increase the price of Corsair’s 3500X. Corsair are offering three significant upgrades and isn’t asking for anything more from their customers. No inflation, no price hike, just an improved product. That’s great to see.

Corsair’s new 3500X RS-R and 3500X LX-R iCUE LINK are now available through Corsair’s website for £119.99 and £169.99 respectively. The original 3500X ARGB and iCUE LINK variants of this case are now available at lower prices, with Corsair’s newer models effectively replacing them at their original prices.

Corsair, well done. We already thought the 3500X was a solid option for PC builders who want that panoramic glass look. With these new models, you have elevated this case to a higher level.
