Corsair 3500X ARGB PC Case Review

Meet the Corsair 3500X Series

Meet the Corsair 3500X

Today we are looking at Corsair’s new 3500X PC case, and if I’m honest, I think Corsair are late to the party. The 3500X is the company’s first PC case with a wraparound glass panel that requires no additional bracing. Yes, there are seemingly countless other cases now with similar designs, but this is Corsair’s take on the popular aesthetic.

What we have here is a case that is ready for future motherboards and other PC parts with “Back-Connect” motherboard support. This means that ASUS BTF and MSI Project Zero motherboards now have a new case option. beyond that, this case is now available at a variety of price points, making it suitable for a large number of PC builders.

Two removable tempered glass panels

The main selling point of this case is its wraparound tempered glass front panels. Unlike many competing cases with this aesthetic, both of the tempered glass panels on the 3500X are removable. Note that this case remains very rigid, even when this case’s glass panels are removed. This is a surprisingly solid case despite its lack of bracing on its leading corners.

This design element from Corsair delivers the sought after panoramic glass viewport into Corsair’s newest PC case. The removability of both of these panels makes it incredibly easy to install hardware inside this case. Everything is highly accessible, which is good news if you are a frequent PC upgrader.
