AMD’s Ryzen 3 CPUs are now available to purchase
AMD’s new Ryzen 3 series of CPUs have been released, bringing AMD’s latest CPU architecture to lower priced market segments than ever before. Â Â
This means that Ryzen CPUs are now available for budget gamers/PC builders, allowing them to purchase a strong, overclockable quad-core CPU for under £100. This is great news for budget performance nuts, but bad news for Intel’s i3 sales.Â
The star of the show here is AMD’s Ryzen 3 1200, which we have reviewed alongside the slightly more expensive Ryzen 3 1300X, with out sample being able to deliver clock speeds of 4GHz, delivering a lot of performance for its insanely low price.Â
Below is a pricing chart for AMD’s Ryzen CPUs, with prices coming from Overclockers UK.Â
