CPU-Z has been updated to support AMD’s Ryzen 3000XT series of processors
AMD’s Ryzen 3000XT series processors are designed to do one thing, extend AMD’s lead over Intel within some areas of the consumer x86 market while minimising Intel’s advantages in others. To do this, these new SKUs deliver higher base and boost clock speeds, enabling higher levels of overall system performance over their existing 3000X series counterparts. Â
In the case of AMD’s Ryzen 9 3900XT, AMD has boosted the base and boost clock speeds of their processor by 300MHz and 100MHz respectively. With the Ryzen 7 3800XT, this boost is 300MHz and 200MHz, and for the 3600XT this boost is 200MHz and 100MHz over their original 3000X series counterparts.Â
Â
Rumour has it that AMD plans to reveal its Ryzen 3000XT series processors on June 16th, with leaked retail listings highlighting a release date of July 7th. Below are the leaked specifications of AMD’s new Ryzen 3000XT series processors.Â
With CPU-Z, there is no reason to update the application if AMD’s Ryzen 3000XT series didn’t exist. This further legitimizes AMD’s Ryzen 3000XT leaks. It may be only a matter of time before AMD reveals its Ryzen 3000XT series of processors.Â
