Intel Core Ultra 7 270K Plus CPU leaks – An Arrow Lake Refresh CPU?
Leaked Core Ultra 7 270K Plus CPU leak suggests Intel’s Arrow Lake refresh models may have more cores and faster memory support
A newly uncovered Geekbench result has revealed the existence of a new Intel CPU. This processor is the Core Ultra 7 270K Plus, a CPU that will likely launch as part of Intel’s “Arrow Lake Refresh”. These CPUs maintain Core Ultra 200 series branding, suggesting that no major architectural changes have been made to these CPUs.
With 24 total cores, with eight P-cores and sixteen E-cores, this new 270K Plus CPU features four more E-cores than Intel’s 265K CPU. This Geekbench result also shows this CPU using DDR5-7200 memory, suggesting that this new CPU officially support faster DDR5 memory modules than older Arrow Lake series CPUs.
The results below are very similar to Intel’s Ultra 9 285K. This suggests that the 270K Plus may be a slightly underclocked version of this chip. Currently, it is unknown what the “Plus” in this CPU’s name means.

It is currently unknown when Intel plans to release its refreshed lineup of Core Ultra Arrow Lake CPUs. We expect them to launch before the end of 2025. However, Intel has not given us any indication of when it plans to launch new processors.
Based on this “Core Ultra Plus” naming scheme, we will likely see a Core Ultra 5 250K CPU with a higher core count than Intel’s Ultra 5 245K. Perhaps this chip will feature 6 P-cores and 12 E-cores? Maybe 8 P-cores and 12 E-cores?
